We'll deliver your equipment to your vacation rental before your scheduled arrival.
Enjoy your equipment throughout your stay.
Leave everything outside on your departure day, and we'll pick it up.

Delivery Guarantee
Your equipment will be delivered at the beginning of your stay. If we fail to deliver your rental as promised, you'll receive a full refund.
Your Questions, Answered
Have questions? We've answered some of the most common questions below to help make booking your beach equipment as easy as possible.

Equipment packages are delivered on Friday evenings. You will be contacted prior to your delivery to confirm details.
Pickups are the next Saturday morning before noon.
If you'd like to request pickup and drop-off times outside of these standard times, please make that request in the "Special Requests" section at checkout, or contact us so we can set up a custom rental schedule for you.

Add your desired package and upgrades to your cart, and follow instructions at checkout.

We deliver to vacation homes, condos, hotels, or wherever you may be staying during your time at the beach.
If you are located at certain hotels or condos that may make delivery difficult, we may reach out to arrange a drop off directly to you.

You are able to cancel your package up to 6 hours before your scheduled delivery. Please reach out to our email at wilmingtonbeachrentals@gmail.com to process your cancellation.

Reach out to us by email or the “contact us” section of our website. We will try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. In situations where that is not possible, appropriate refunds may be issued.

Reach out our team via email at wilmingtonbeachrentals@gmail.com for assistance. Depending on team availability, we will either pick up or the equipment or ask you to drop it off at a specific location. No partial refunds will be issued for rentals ended before their designated pickup date.
